Kenfreight was mandated by the Bank of Uganda to clear currency from port of Mombasa and transport by road for delivery at Kampala. It was a direct loading from the vessel MSC PASITANO where 11 x20 containers where discharged on our own trucks under tight security.
It took only three days after 1 day clearance for the convoy of 11 trucks to move from Mombasa to Kampala under escort by Kenya police General Service Unit (GSC) escort from Mombasa to Malaba Kenya where the Kenya armed forces handed over to the Uganda Defense Force (UDF) for escort from Malaba Uganda to Kampala.
It was recorded as the fastest convoy ever done for this client without breakdown nor accident.
This was done by 7 male drivers and 4 females who are the best trained and loyal drivers.
